We guarantee that the Midi File/s you buy will work correctly on any
Midi sound source that displays the GM Logo.
As ‘End User’ you are entitled to make a backup copy of our files,
you are not however entitled to swap or re-sell our files in Midi or
MP3 formats as Simply Sound Promotions Retain the © copyrights
for all our Midi files.
We declare that all our Midi Files are ‘Sound alike’ and not exact note
for note copies of the Original recordings.
SSP Ltd retain the rights to alter any of our file listings at any time
and without prior notice.
We can make alterations to our midi Files for you and depending on
what alterations are required a small charge may be made at the
discretion of SSP Ltd.
You are entitled to make your own minor alterations to our Midi Files
for your own personal preference.
You are not entitled to use our midi’s or MP3’s for making personal
CD’s or recordings for public use and financial gain without the permission
in writing of SSP Ltd.



Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product you have downloaded we cannot give
refunds once you have made a purchase and received the Midi file,
so please be sure it is MIDI FILES that you require before you commit
to buying our product.
