You are entitled by law to make one backup copy for yourself, you are not however, entitled to re-sell swap, trade, our midi files. Any custom made midi or audio files produced by SSP Ltd also remain the sole copyright property of the company which entitles us to sell these files on our website or with any other distributor we so choose. WARRANTY: All our midifile demos are in Audio format to show the customer how we feel the midifile should sound through the correct equiptment, we can however supply midi demos on request before you make your purchase if you so wish. Warrants that all our Midi Files will play back on all equiptment displaying the 'GM LOGO' We at Simply Sound Promotions may, at times, make slight variations in songs due to the limitations of the 'GM format' this is at our discretion. All our files are 'soundalike'and not, note for note exact copies, This applies To all our files purchased from this site or via another authorised distributor. Because of the nature of the product, We cannot refund you once the download has been completed, and you have recieved the midifile/s. We cannot exchange titles for other titles once you have recieved the file. If a have a problem with the 'mechanics' of a midifile you have purchased from us and it proves to be the fault of SSP we will repair and replace that file for you free of charge, we do not do refunds unless a download has been unsuccesful, we can also supply your order via email if you prefer that to a refund.
